  There were 10 of us; grandparents, parents and children; going to Lapland for the day. We were made very welcome on arrival, had a lovely meal and, thankfully, got out of bed with our early calls. All dealings with the staff, before and during our stay, were friendly and excellent. Staying at the hotel made getting to the airport much easier... lo que la gente dice » than driving down during the night. The bus shuttle, both ways, was a most valuable belssing. - The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed our evening meal in the Restaurant. Flew down from Scotland and stayed at Hotel before leaving Gatwick for Barbados the following morning. Had a very good night's sleep and felt relaxed before travelling. The complementary shuttle service to the airport was much appreciated. Have used the Hotel for this purpose before and will use again in future. Would recommend this Hotel
