The nice atomopshere,
The man on night duty, he was really kind & friendly & made me as a solo woman feel very safe! I had advised the hotel i would be arriving around 1.00 am & as I pulled up in the dark this man was at the door waiting , fantastic service! -

The Attitude of the staff was excellent, I was going to write a letter to you to say this. we were very pleasantly surprised with the Hotel and will definately use Holiday Inn again for any future trips - The hotel was light and modern. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast choice was very good Staff polite and eficient.

The lady who keeps the hotel was lovely and ever so helpful, the rooms seemed sound proof, there is free parking (yes, a bit tricky to find but there it is in from the archway two houses towards the city centre) and being only a mile from the Warwick Castle where we went for Valentine's feast meant that we didn't have to choose who will be driving.
