very welcoming homely clean plenty to do plenty of game stations absouletly better than i expected the price was out standing best value second to none i traveled from cardiff to birmingham to visit my baby daughter and having somewhere to stay that was as good as your place just made the weekend for me and i will be comi

Very friendly staff. I got there after midnight, several hours late
because of consecutive public transport problems, and did not have their
number on me to inform them of my late arrival. The staff member on call
let me in, and was very nice and helpful to me. The building is old but
they try to liven it up with bright colours etc, which creates a
cheerful and vibrant atmosphere. My (private) room was cosy, with a
comfortable bed, clean towels and coffee and tea facilities.

Fue genial. El personal encantador. La habitación preciosa, todo nuevo y súper limpio. El baño impecable. No nos cobraron el uso de los pcs ni de internet. El desayuno estupendo. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. - The most comfortable hostel I've ever stayed in! Beautiful en-suite double rooms.
