Everything the hotel was good and excellent servic... lo que la gente dice » es and accommodation and reception, especially Mr. Nmr was a summit in ethics and respect and gave us all assistance within the hotel and also outside - I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and I have found the staff friendly and mostly english speaking and the rooms in the new wing excellent and those in the old wing OK and good if you choose a room with a balcony. The new wing is superior and all have balconies with a view of the sea of Marmara. it is well placed for my client's plant and for the ferry terminal nearby. Wifi is free. Shuttle services from the hotel to various locations are good and mostly free of charge.
