Everything! it was not a single issue that the simpathic guys on the reception didn't solve it! They said on all our request 'YES'. The rooms were clean, the breakfest untill 11, the location is very good and easy to reach with a fast & direct tram that cost 1,5 euro, to all important sights! I have been in Istanbul many times and i can easily compare with other places, so...definitely i will recomande this one! and...the price = best deal! :)

The staff was friendly. There was a free shuttle 3 times daily to Taksim
Square and Sultanahmet, the driver was polite and very careful with the
passengers' safety. The room was clean, had all facilities, we have
really felt like home. The breakfast was rich. Nearby there is a
supermarket and a few restaurants/cafes. It is close to highway.
There was parking underground and outside in front of the hotel. The
internet connection was good.

The suite is a small apartment with a small kitchen opened on the living room.
Much better than a classic hotel room if you intend to spend time in your room.
Location is right on Taksim place, in front of Gezi park and Divan hotel. The downside is that it is a bit noisy with ongoing roadworks and traffic at this time. -

I liked most the very helpful manager of the hotel. Not only that he was nice, friendly and helpful in the hotel but also used some of his time to take us to town to help us arrange for a fishing trip, all that without asking for any money.

It is not that difficult to come around a good hotel but a great one is always difficult to be found. Full time service, real manners, and basically working solely for you comfort. Gladly would recommend anyone to stay here, in this great comfort hotel.

Great location. Easy to move from there to visit the city and rich of bar pub cafe and nightlife. Nearby Karakoy a dinamic district with many lovely restaurant and the great istanbul modern, a museum you might see.

Cheap price for a comfortable and cozy room; the wooden floor is definitely a must. Furthermore, it is very close (4mn walk) to Taksim square and all its shops and restaurants. Lastly, the room possess all the amenities (mini bar, safe, kettle, etc.) you would find at Radisson or Intercontinental, but for less than a third of the cost of it (paid just around $60 for a night and price get lower when booking longer) and the staff is welcoming and speaks fluent English.. I'll happily come back to
