Dila Suites was perfect. Deniz and Ali, the owners, are wonderful people: generous, kind, and extremely helpful. Deniz makes a wonderful breakfast, helped us with all our restaurant and hammam bookings, gave us sunblock and water and travel cards, and was just generally great. Dila Suites itself is beautiful, clean, and has a lovely roof for breakfast and lounging. The location is great -- in Beyoglu, 2 minutes from Istikal Caddesi, a nice walk from Galata tower.

This is a fantastic hotel if you want to stay in the Sultanahmet area of Istanbul. The hotel is a few minutes walk to all the sights and in a quiet street. The staff are all excellent and very kind and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and the view on the terrace is great. The rooms are comfortable and the cleaning staff are meticulous! Ask for a room with a water view if you can!

Was a Decent place to stay with large bedroom . Location is excellent and 10 min walking distance from blue mosque grand bazaar Hague Sophia . Breakfast was same all 5 days but then basics were provided . Don't expect much . . However the owner have us a warm welcome . And the reception staff was courteous. The wonderful hotel in the heart of ancient town. We lived in apartments - it was great. Good heated room, super friendly staff (more friendly than in 5 stars hotels!!!!. 3-4 min to shopping area and 4-5 min to good small buffets and stores. Excellent !!!

Very good apartments. Clean rooms with new furniture: beds for adults and a child, wardrobe, table, chairs, etc. Kitchen corner, frige, gas cooker, cups, plates, and utensils.The apartmants are in the old part of Istanbul, 20-25 min walk to Hagia Sophia. 5 min to the sea embankment, a fish market and fish restaurants. Frendly personnel fluent in English and Russian (special thanks to Yildiz!).

First of all it's location of the hotel - five minute walk from Istiklal street? Galata Tower and Tunel station, which will take you right to the Karakoy and Galata bridge in 90 seconds! I liked most the very helpful manager of the hotel. Not only that he was nice, friendly and helpful in the hotel but also used some of his time to take us to town to help us arrange for a fishing trip, all that without asking for any money.
I also liked the breakfast being served at any time in the suite without extra charges. The manager said " y

It is not that difficult to come around a good hotel but a great one is always difficult to be found. Full time service, real manners, and basically working solely for you comfort. Gladly would recommend anyone to stay here, in this great comfort hotel.

The staff were very welcoming and nice in general, as well as being helpful with giving a lot of tips and advice on where to visit. It had an excellent location near nightlife and restaurants in Nevizada street, in the Taxim Square area. They Helped carry our bags to our hotel. The place was also tastefully decorated.
