The staff were very welcoming and nice in general, as well as being helpful with giving a lot of tips and advice on where to visit. It had an excellent location near nightlife and restaurants in Nevizada street, in the Taxim Square area. They Helped carry our bags to our hotel. The place was also tastefully decorated.

The appartment is located in an old house near the Galata tower. Numerous small restaurants, galleries, and shops are in the neighbourhood. After climbing to the fifth floor (no elevator) a marvelous view on Bosporus and Golden Horn can be enjoyed. A true five star experience, the location is some how far from Bursa attractions, but it is easy to reach it by taxi or metro, the rooms are great and spacious, the health club facilities are great.

The staff is extraordinary , very warm and welcoming and very efficient the breakfast is very rich and the view from the room is wonderful. You are in an area where you can hop on a taxi or Dolmus( collective taxi)immediately , you are just 5 minutes away from the boats that take you to the other side of the Bosphorus. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was very clean and very new with nice finishing and was cleaned everyday. Hospitality , since my arrival wellcoming spirit with everyone , every
one wants to help . I also noticed a precsion in everything I asked for.
Before leaving the hotel , I was planned to have a taxi pick up at 4:45
in the morning . at 3:30 am ,safe box in my room failed to open with all
my valuables inside (passport , air ticket , money..) I picked up the
phone and asked for help , a few minutes later a smily guest service
personell came over and open it for me . I expected to have some delay
