Actually when we arrived he even gave us a nice introduction about the city that was very helpful. They accepted our requests (we had crazy arrival and departure times) and informed us about the things to see in the city and how the transportation system worked. I have stayed in Invictum Residence with 2 other friends and I can highly recommend it to everyone wishing to go on a trip to Istanbul. It's only 1 minute walk to lively Istiklal Street, all shops and Restaurants. The staff is excellent and they are always there for your needs. The rooms are so spacious. I am going back to Istanbul in 3 days again and definitely will be staying here.

From check in to check out there haven't been any reason to complain.

Elizabeth was great!!! There is a cage downstairs when she hang out. So you just call them and they will be waiting for u with the keys.
The location is awesome! Literally 1 min from the Main Street and 15 min slow walk from the buses stop.
The apt is really modern and has everything you need.
The only downside is that there's no lift so 5th floor we stayed at is a bit hard to reach after a night out.

Nice and cosy hotel with an excellent location - only 5 minutes walk from the Istiklal Street and its numerous restaurants, cafes, shops and exchange offices and Taksim metro station.
Very friendly staff, especially Mr. Serkan, who helped us a lot with all kinds of things from transfer from the airport to finding the way to the nearest exhange office.
Stylish rooms.
Good price.
Definitely gonna recommend this place to people i know!
