I stayed here for a week with my boyfriend and the hotel did not disappoint! If you’re thinking about booking this hotel, stop thinking and just do it, you won’t regret it. The hotel was easy to find considering it’s on a back street and we were surprised to find out how close it was to the main shopping street with its many bars, restaurants and shisha lounges. Taksim Square (which is currently undergoing renovation) is only a 5 minute walk away. Here you’ll find the metro station, where a tri.

Location (about 3 minute walk to the main shopping and party district Istiklal Caddesi), very close to the Metro station Taksim, from where you can get just about anywhere in Istanbul. Accomodation and cleanliness of the rooms were outstanding. The manager Dincer and his team will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. They are very helpful with showing you how to get around to find all of the sights and hotspots in town. The best things in Lemon Residence are the superstar manager (Dencer) and amazing staff (Orhan, Hashim and unfortunetely i forgot name of the lady) which they will give you the best service ever from getting you a taxi, finding shopping malls and their ways and anything you want to know. The location of Lemon is fantastic and you can reach Istiklal and Taksim Square in 3-4 minutes. The superstar guy (Dancer) upgraded my room and i really appreciate that. Also, they have a very good in-room brea. the hotel is a small family owned business and managed by the owner mr Dincer Hardal.the hotel is new and very tastfully done and one of the few hotels in this area with a lift.breakfast was very good and changed daily with different variety.Dincher the owner and his staff were very accommodating.my wife had an unfortunate fall in istiklal street and Dincer came immediately to our assistance and accompanied us in the ambulance to the hospital and brought us back to the hotel by taxi. the hotel . * Extreme cordial staff, maybe the nicest people I ever met in a budget hotel. Just ask and they will arrange anything. * Perfect position. 2 minutes walk from İstiklâl Caddesi (night life), 3 minutes walk from Taksim square (transport to city center), 10 minutes walk from Galata Tower. * TV, hot shower, wifi, full kitchen, nice room, elevator - Everything working and clean. * 24/7 reception (really) * English speaking staff. The hotel is too close to Taksim square and is located to a quiet neighborhood. Is recently renovated and the room was very clean and tide. The breakfast is very nice, serviced at the room and is typical Turkish (toast, olives, cheese, tomatoes, tea). The young owner Dincer is great guy, very friendly and he gave us useful information about the city. We believe we made the best value for money choice!. Me and my wife spent 10 nights over there .The owner Mr Dincer Hardal is a great & friendly and helpful person. Excellent hospitality. The hotel reservation girl were very kind and helpful . Easy access to public transport Istiklal avenue is very close to the hotel which is great advantage ( just 3 mints walk ) . They claim to welcome you to home and they actually do. Any help, any question is never refused. They helped us with the routes, the restaurants, the taxi, the shopping etc etc. The location is very nice, just next to Istiklal street (3-4 min walk) and Taksim (5-7 min walk). Breakfast in room is a novel idea. The hotel is nice and very cozy. The stuff is very friendly and ready to help you with everything...and by everything I mean everything (for example: they've printed some pages for us, they've brought an extra couch to our room, they even gave us umbrellas in a rainy day). The breakfast was brought every morning to our room at the desired hour. Only one window facing narrow back alley. Not much natural light or view whatsoever. Small bathroom. nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Room was small with no balcony. Hard to find the hotel. Make sure the driver of Taxi call to the hotel for direction. Shower and entrance area of the room were not too clean and there was no bedside light. the street looks a bit dodgy at night. The location is very close to Taksim but on Talarbasi, which is not the best neighborhood, so late at night it is not very exciting to go out... The area, it seems like a ghetto. The room was not cleaned everyday, and the cleanliness was below average. The room has no natural light and very poor natural ventilation (the window faces another building) The price is definitely too high for the room The breakfast could be easily improved Eventhough the hotel is central (close to taksim square) the location is not the best. it wasn't so clean.
