+restored old inner city mansion with a lovely courtyard for breakfast, afternoon tea, etc. +staff are authentically warm, friendly, attentive, helpful and if they did not know English we were still able to communicate using dictionaries and google translate. We felt at home. +the location is superb in city centre near old castle and bazaar. There was safe parking nearby and taxi stand. +the high ceilings and exposed old hand-hewn stone bricks are lovely. todo comentarios » It is situated right at the heart of the historical town, in an obscure street which bestows on it the proverbial Eastern mysticism highly required for the palette of demode Orientalists. The staff is immensely welcoming, seeking to offer information on the places you have to visit including museums, restaurants, historical sites, etc. The rooms are spacious, peaceful and most importantly very clean. They have arranged us affordable means of transportation. And it was quite pleasant to be wel. As a chef, I have always been interested in visiting Gazientep because of it's very unique food culture. I was not disappointed, especially after receiving the owner's insider knowledge of the best restaurants for local food. The owner, Apo, even went out with me to one of his favorite restaurants. Ali Bey Konagi is in a perfect location in a local neighborhood and I loved the setting within an intimate courtyard with authentic touches in decor. My room was very comfortable and the breakfast al. We liked everything about this hotel. It's absolutely great and the location is just perfect. On top of that, we had possibly the best breakfast of our lives there. So fresh and delicious that we didn't want to stop eating. The owners are wonderful and extremely friendly. The room is cozy and well appointed. The shower is amazing. I can't imagine a better place to stay in Gaziantep. Behind the unassuming facade in a small alley, this a lovely little boutique hotel in beautiful building with lots of charm. Simple but all you could wish for. Abdulkadir is a perfect host, genuinely helpful and speaks perfect english. In the morning his mother serves homemade, organic breakfast out in the garden. I felt very welcome and at home here. This small boutique hotel is an extremely cute restored old house.. We loved the breakfast, and we felt like at home during our stay there. It is at the beginning of the culture road, very close to the Mozaic Muzeum. The hotel is very clean.. If I come back to the city, I wouldn't look for another hotel. The people were wonderful and glad to help, give suggestions, treat us like welcome guests. The building is a converted Ottoman house and seeks to show that in a very real way. The courtyard is lovely. The location is right in the historical area and across from a show makers shop.. The staff were very warm and welcoming and the hotel was very confortable. The furnishings contributed towards the very stylish yet atmospheric surroundings. Breakfast was AMAZING! I would go back just to eat the delicious katmer again. Lovely room. Breakfast homemade jams and butter etc was lovely Owner very friendly and helpful Room was good , furnished simply in local style. Really kind, friendly staff Superb breakfast. - a bit noisy outside as it is in the old city centre with craftsmen, house renovations, etc. but it was totally quiet from around 10:30pm to 7:30am. Couldn't think of anything I didn't like.. The entrance, at arrival at night,was a bit intimidating, until the staff people opened the door. Difficult to find, needs a good map on website. * That i can't find any negative remark about "Ali Bey Konagi". wi-fi coverage should be increased. If you put the heat off, you could freeze. Had to pay quite a lot extra for a third person on a camp bed.
