  The owner/manager Talib spoke excellent English, was very welcoming and helpful. And funny! Everything went without a hitch, everything worked, and Ten Apart offers great value for money. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the shower was big and clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked so we saved money on breakfast and - Some of the staff speak good English and all are very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast, if you choose it, is standard Turkish fare and fresh with pressed coffee available. We used the airport transfer and they arrived promptly and drove us in an air-conditioned van. The pool is kept very clean. Local transportation by dolmush is available a block away and for 2 tl you can ride into the Fethiye city center. Calis Beach is a short walk, about 10 minutes, away.

  The staff were very friendly and spoke English which was very helpful as we only speak English. Only 10 minutes walk to town. Fabulous views of the harbour from our small balcony. The rooms were a good size, and the staff very helpful, and cannot fault them at all. When my husband asked if there were any more eggs, he was told they were finished, but they came back a few minutes later with some fried eggs for us, which we appreciated.

The rooms and premises are immaculately clean, the hosts friendly and gracious from sunrise to sunset and the location nice and quiet, away from the crowds but in a safe area. The common areas are large and filled with beautiful plants plus offers of çay at all hours from the hosts - We loved absolutely everything!!! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Monica's home cooking is fantastic, and Tuna is a wealth of information and helped us organise cheap and hassle free adventures! We were only going to stay a couple of nights but we just couldn't leave(for about 2 weeks!) Facilities great, environment chilled out and welcoming, and the location is perfect. Couldn't ask for more, we would definately come back! ps. great wi-fi :)

  Great place to stay. Comfortable room with lots of space, super clean, full equiped kitchen, huge balcony, air conditioner, great wifi signal. The staff is super kind and attentive, they even prepared a delicious turkish dinner for us. In the morning we had to leave super early and they made breakfast specially for us.   The owner, Samet, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Gave great advice and was a great resource for us who had never been to Turkey before. Nice pool with a super fun water slide. Good location, 10min walk to the beach and short bus ride into the city center.   I enjoyed the cosy atmosphere at this guesthouse... Omer is an ideal host & helped settle a few issues with outside non-english speaking tour agencies.   Me encantó Manolya. El apartahotel es tal y como se muestra en las fotografías. Recomiendo 100% estos apartahoteles. No solamente es un sitio con gusto e impecable, sino también muy bien ubicado, su personal muy amigable y a un precio muy bueno. The complex was very neat with a beautiful pool and was perfectly located next to street where you can hop on a bus into the center of Fethiye which takes about 10 minutes or a 10 minute walk to Calis Beach. I felt like we were in a neighborhood (which I prefer) rather than in a tourist area. It was great having a washing machine and a kitchen. Good bread was just - Excellent staff, the owners are very kind and helpfull. They suggested us tours near Fethiye and helped us to rent a car. Excellent apartment, new and clean with air condition in every room, big bathroom and a nice pool.
