its really well located and the staff are helpful and friendly. its pretty good value for money although its not that cheap but relative to other hotels in the area this is really the pick of the bunch. The hotel is obviously trying to be a standout hotel.

My kid spoiled the bed sheets twice by spilling juice on them the same day, however the staff was courteous to replace them without any extra cost. Though later they requested a charge should it happen the third time. That was really nice of them.

The facilites are fantastic in the main building, however if you have a room in the corner wing you need to be aware that there is no gym or swimming pool - although it only takes 5 minutes to get from one to the other this can be very inconvinient as it involves going outside... not great if you're in your boardies.

I like the design and architecture of the hotel. The rooms are stylish
equipped. The swimming-pool area is very nice. But it's in another
building. You have to go out, turn left and walk 10 meters along the
street and enter the other building and go up to the 9th floor. The
breakfast is good for the price.

As this is my sixth stay at this hotel in last two months that should say everything ! Everything is as I want it and this will continue to be my preferred residence in Bangkok - Excellent, spacious well eqipped rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast. I feel like I am at home. Loved it, the staff where great and I thought it was very well priced for a 5 star hotel, the fact in was two separate buildings didn't worry me at all... would recommend it to everyone - The staff are so helpful they really made our stay, the hotel is very nicely decorated, clean etc but it was the service that would make me want to go back.

I booked it because of the location and it was absolutely spot on - Nana BTS escalator is right there as soon as you come out and step onto Sukumvit road. All our travel in Bangkok was made so much easier because of this. There is shopping, massages, Indian restaurants and nightlife within walking distance.

This is my fifth time staying at On 8 over the past 3 years and I find the Management has maintained the conditions well. The hotel is clean and value for money. The location is one of the best as Nana BTS is just at its doorstep. I can travel to other parts of Bangkok easily. I will continue to patronize On 8 if I come to Bangkok as I find the hotel cozy and nice.
