the location is perfect, close to almost anywhere you want to go in Bangkok. Near the BTS (Bangkok Transport System).
They also serve free drink at the lobby, so refreshing after a long day in the hot city of Bangkok!

Friendly staff, good service. Fair breakfast, fresh coffee (not the pot
coffee of 2 hours old). Location is good, close to Skytrain. The taxi
dropped me once with the wrong hotel (Centre Point Chidlom) and the
staff offered me to bring me to the Ploenchit hotel. Nice room, got
what was promised, spacy, clean room. Recommended to anyone who likes a
good hotel.

Loved it, the staff where great and I thought it was very well priced for a 5 star hotel, the fact in was two separate buildings didn't worry me at all... would recommend it to everyone - The staff are so helpful they really made our stay, the hotel is very nicely decorated, clean etc but it was the service that would make me want to go back.

It's second time we stayed here, and next time i will be in Bangkok, it will be my hotel.
So, near BTS and MRT station, big rooms, it has kitchen, laundry machine, big bathroom, everything is clean, quiet place, excellent service, friendly "good speaking english" staff, pool on the roof with clean water, gym, sauna. -

As this is my sixth stay at this hotel in last two months that should say everything ! Everything is as I want it and this will continue to be my preferred residence in Bangkok - Excellent, spacious well eqipped rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast. I feel like I am at home. Да и шума от работ мы особо не слышали. Персонал был очень вежлив и вполне улыбчив. Тут ведь как - если вы улыбаетесь, то и вам улыбаются, а если вы серьезны - то и ответ такой же. My kid spoiled the bed sheets twice by spilling juice on them the same day, however the staff was courteous to replace them without any extra cost. Though later they requested a charge should it happen the third time. That was really nice of them.

Sus jardines - Fantastic pool and gardens - a real haven in the centre of the city. Staff were all very helpful and friendly, helping with taxis and even restaurant recommendations. We upgraded to the business club floor and it was worth the extra money to have breakfast, pm tea and happy hour drinks and nibbles in the lounge every day. Very luxuri
