  We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel employees are very polite, kind and helpful. When we had a technical problem with the air condition, in about 2-3 hours, during we were out, the problem was fixed. It is a very comfortable hotel considering the location across the beach, shops near by, a very nice library at the ground floor and a gym. - We l... lo que la gente dice » ike the location as it was beachfront. It was very close to Tiffany's show too, 15 min walking distance. Hotel also provided us daily free mineral water, fruit juice, singha beer, coke and milk. Remember to consume it everyday. There is a DVD player in our room, we can rent the DVD from the downstair library. It is amazing.

  The LK Empress was quiet, clean and the staff were professional and courteous. They even let me check in early, (at 8.45am), instead of the normal time of 12:00pm, seeing my flight arrived in BKK at 05.30am. Staff and lovely, rooms are clean, big and all you need I have stayed in delux hotels and this is nearly on parr. Breakfast is good but cold. Pool is small but enough and its very clean. Great location near all but yet very quite once inside. We are looking to go again in august we had such a great time. we stayed in the sudios they are lovely. Not expensive for anything really we went to other hotels for dinner and there prices where a lot higher. We are 60 years ol
