Amazing view to the pool& garden from the room. Pool is very good, garden is beautiful, in the middle of Pattaya, with exit to the beach. For breakfast there is a big choice of asian, european meals, you can eat in the garden or in an airconitioned room. -

Two weeks stay but I booked this hotel for 4 nights, I like the hotel we
decided to extend it for rest of our stay cost us £50 night but it was
worth it, staff is not to bad but little more smile on their face will

The staff were very friendly always, they were alwayd very helpful when needed.
The rooms and hotel in general were kept in impeccably clean conditions at all times. The room Maids were fantastic, they were in and out like the wind doing a great job.
The food in the restaurant was delicious and the room service is amazing.
On a whole I had a very comfortable stay with no problems at all. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would most certainly be staying there again vmyself. I

The location is out of word perfect! My room is at the 33 floor, which means I can appreciate the view of whole city and beach no matter day or night. And all the staffs are very friendly and willing to go extra miles for any requests from customers. I am thinking my next visit already. :) -

Very helpful staff!!!! Check in was very quick and smooth, I even got a free upgrade to see view. Location is just perfect, near to many small restaurants and bars, walking street. Beach is just accord the street. They di a lot of animation for the kids. Breakfast was amazing!

The fact that as a returning guest I was upgraded to Executive floor in the Ocean Wing and that hotel had retained all my details from previous visit 3-4 months ago.I plan to return - Everything at this hotel was great. We had a fantastic holiday. Thestaff there is extremely nice and helpful and the pool team is the bestI've ever met.

This was my 1st time staying at the LK Metropole but it won't be my last . When I got there the hotel was overbooked but they had held me a suite and I got a free upgrade . The Staff gave us a wonderful welcome. My Mother & Brother stayed at this hotel for many years but sadly passed away earlier this year. I took my brother's ashes to Thailand to scatter him with my other brother who died there 7 years ago. I let the hotel know the purpose of my visit and upon arrival I was given a letter from the Manager saying how sorry the staff were to hear of my news. I was then told that I had been given a free upgrade to the Metropole Suite which was fantastic!! Th
