The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We loved that The Countryside was a walk from the busy town, and super quiet amidst the rice paddies and mountains. We were able to hike out of the hostel and to a waterfall (6 hours round trip). So close to nature!
I also appreciated that we had a fan and ac, so could decide to use one or the other,

We were afraid to book this hotel, because it was way cheaper than the hotels we were booking in other cities during this trip. But the reviews were so goo, that we decided to try it. We were not disappointed! The hotel is charming, the rooms are great, very nice. it is 2 minutes walking from the charming city center. this is our 3rd time in pai, and finaly we discover the perefct place ever! its only 5 min from the center of pai, and yet it is quiet and peacfull, with a view to the river.
the rooms are brand new!! clean and comfortable . the staff is nice, helpfull and the owner is one of the nices pepole you have ever met !

The staff were exceptional.I had a sickness bug and we had to stay an extra night as I was unfit to travel,the staff could not do enough for me,e.g. Giving me Thai herbal remedies and checking on me all the time even though my husband was with me.Pai town is just perfect for us (we have been there many times) There is something for everyone. -
