The rooms were excellent with kitchenette, washing machine and great
decor, two televisions one in sitting area and one in bedroom. I arrived
for an early check in after a night flight and the reception staff were
accomadting and made a special effort to get me a room with a balconey (
as requested) a soon as possible. Duly got the room after 30 minutes .
Great location for entertainment and restaurants. Secuirty good. Seven
eleven store just over the road for food and drinks.

Room size is big, comfortable and clean.
Baby cot was provided.
Location is convenient to shopping area within 10mins walk. -

I had 3 night stay in this hotel. The room is very nice design and give you comfortable feeling. The bed is also clean and comfortable, we had a nice sleep and rest after the whole day shopping in the city. Staff is very helpful and friendly. -

Staff very friendly and helpful. Good value for money for a family allowed early checkin. Restaurant offers very good food - both buffet breakfast and alacarte with quality Thia and western food. - very helpfull staff, specialy Shanida (front desk) and Ing (guest relation)

Environment was good. We felt as if we are at home. 2 out of 3 Reception staff was very cooperating. Our suite was very spacious and kids had enough space to enjoy themselves, room was cleaned daily. One of the biggest benefit was that the there was hand shower besides commode. -
