The best staff ever - extremely kind, polite and service-minded - really high-class. Nice (however small) rooms, big safe deposit box, cabled/wireless (and free) Internet access, well maintained and nicely decorated. I stayed in Glitz for the 4th time, I always like it. It's centrally located in Silom, conveniently close to the night market and night life. The staff is very friendly, especially the owner (a young girl) and the breakfast ladies who always seem to recognise me. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean. There is fast Wi-Fi.

Everything was great. We had issues with our card and the owner was kind enough to give us time till evening to try again and even called the bank to ensure that his machine is in shape.
