The staff were friendly and the room was fairly clean. Size of the room, Cleanliness. Its close to the beach. It is not exactly on the beach front nor can you see the beach from the window. Staff's English proficiency and area knowledge, no lift. The service was very bad when we got there they said all the rooms were full even thugh they had our confirmed booking they took us across the road to another hotel which was not suitable as we booked a family room wit a double and single bed the room they showed us only had a double bed so we said we want to stay in the room we booked after about an hour we finaly got the room.staff were very unfriendly i would not reccomend this hotel to a friend and we would never stay there again.
