Thw room was very comfortable and tv featured a movie channell which showed movies in English. The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were laid out. It was very good location with only 3 minute walk to lee garden plaza. Here you can find all the resturants you need including a buffet on the 33rd floor. I give the hotel 4/5 but the city of jat yai itself is rather boring. Great value hotel as a landing place for onward travel to tarutao/lipe islands. Nothing special but effective. Onward travel to pak bara pier can be booked from hotel lobby We enjoyed hat yai's busy market in the evening, just around the corner. Cheap and great food, not too many westerners around :-).
todo comentarios » The room was large, cool, comfortable and very clean. Minimalist design with a very nice TV which had a USB input so we could use our hard drives. The staff were very nice and helpful, even writing out directions to restraints in Thai so we could just hand it to a tuk tuk driver. Very clean, very sharp looking. I was impressed by the staff - excellent English. The location is great, 5 minutes walking to the center. I found it funny how they give you the towels at the reception and kindly ask you to bring it back upon check-out. It was quite near the market, can reached by 10-15minutes walk distance. It was far better than my expected from what I review in other tourists' comments. Even though the location is not as near as the Lee Garden hotel, when step down there were. We didn't stay at Tube hotel for a wrong reservation,but the staff was great and helped us to find a room in town during the Songkran.Very kind and professional staff. It is a no frills, clean and comfortable. Good security and great for a stop over before continuing you journey. The bed was amazing. The room was very good compared to the price. Just a few minutes walk to shopping centers. We only booked this hotel as a stop over in our travels. I was there for 7 nights and I had to get a differnt wifi password every day. Was a bit noisy in the hallway due to other guests returning from drinking. I don't think they have a restraunt or gym, I didn't see it anyway. There is no way you can set the air flow of the AC in the room, only the temperature and that doesn't help too much. No fridge, no complimentary water, no toiletries. It doesn't matter when you arrive check in begins at 2 pm and no sooner. Nothing. We had to move rooms twice as they hadn't been cleaned from the last guests. water power a bit slow rooms not soundproof if elevator needs key card, shd give at least 2 to 2 pax in the room so s not to inconvenience guests going up n down when one of the guests is in the room. Just hot water not stabil when take bath...suddenly hot change to cold,or hot change to super hot. The air cond temperature is fixed at 24 degree maximum. Should allow setting up to 26 degree. The pillows on the bed were very soft and thin and we asked for extras pillows and they did not have any. The shower temperature was not consistent. no coffemaker, mineral water, freezer and pillow too soft. - no closet in the room. The left elevator is to scary when stop at floor destination like want to fall. Early check-out time. none. Basic facilities. The limited and charged parking, as well as the location. unable to adjust the air cond fan. if possible have some tea/coffee bags. Early check in chargeable. Location not nice. cut off power once time up. Should allow 5 minutes allowance to do so. the staff was confusing, request me for payment. Anyway, they refunded me after that. Luckily I received a sms from Credit Card Notification. i had to pay 50 baht for luggage storage when i checked out! i felt that was obnoxious. i also checked in around noon and so had to pay 100 baht extra to get into the room (check in time is 2pm). No fridge, no coffee or tea, no electric kettle. You will be given a set of towel, soap and shampoo when you check in. This means, you can't preserve any food in the room or make morning coffee. Another bad point is about a travel agent that shares the lobby area of the hotel. The hotel staff indirectly recommended me to use the agency. When I inquired about a single trip to Pattani, the person suggested to pay 2500 Bhat. The next morning, I hired a car with 480 Bhat. It looked like a multi story car park inside and the corridors with the rooms felt like a prison. We were unable to access the internet using the codes given to us at reception. air cond control by lobby counter, cause the room not cool, cant sleep well. Do not provide hot water and cant even find a glass that a room suppose to have. The basin's tap water flow a little water that is very inconvenient. when asked for an extra pillow it even charged you for 120Baht(RM12) and its unreasonable. not enough bin in the room, not enough tissue paper, not no have drinking water in the room,. Furniture is insufficient, no fridge, only one chair, no complementary water... Pillows not enough & too soft. No triple bedroom. No mini-fridge, no drinking water. No cushion chair for double bedroom. weak Wifi line. Why have to pay more for aircon the air con usually be in every hotel in Thailand. Pillows not enough & too soft. No mini fridge, no complimentary coffee/tea sachets & drinking water. No cushion chair in double bedroom. No triple beds for 3pax. Pay 50 bath for car park and no refrigerator in room!?!?!?! Am I your guest and never see no refrigerator in another hotel before in my life...disappointed!. Pillow too soft. 1) aircond & elevator 2) no cabinet for clothing.
