Restaurant Muang Samui highly recom - I liked everything, it is a laid-back 5-star resort experience. I stayed by the beach and pool, had beach massages, rented a boat for one day to snorkel and visit other islands, and so on. It's a quiet location on a very busy street so it's easy to find decent restaurants, bars, clubs, and shopping right outside the resort door.
