Excellent service. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel clean. Breakfast buffet superb. Location may appear to be remote and in an industrial area, but during our stay we did not notice that, using the exceptional public transport links to travel into central Zurich was very easy. The frequent bus 781 from stop Riedbach outside the hotel takes about 6 minutes to Oerlikon Bahbhof. Which is then just 6 minutes to Zurich HB by the many, even more frequent trains. Everything! I travel quite often and this is a gem! Very clean and comfortable, close to the town centre and the staff were
always friendly and helpful. My room was bigger than expected and I was
the only person using the shared bathroom on my floor. I liked that a
generous breakfast was included in the (already very reasonable) price
and that there was a computer with internet access on the ground floor
for guest use. There was even a printer with it, making me think the
hotel has really thought about what travellers might need. The art

Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure your
needs are met and you are well looked after. From getting around the
city to preparing a very early breakfast before you leave for the
airport. This was my 3rd stay at the hotel and it is consistently
excellent. The Spa and rooftop pool overlooking the city - Spectacular!! -

Room was spacious and well appointed. I didn't try the pool or spa but I will next time. This is an absolutely top class hotel.

No está centrico pero muy bien comunicado por todo tipo de transporte publico y con muchos servicios en la zona. -
I particularly appreciate the staff at the front desk. I have always found them to be very friendly, efficient and helpful. This makes a tremendous difference. -

The Hotel had Free Parking and Internet. There was a bus stop outside the Hotel to the Tram Station, 3 stops and then Tram No. 7 to the Main Station Zurich. It takes about 20 minutes to the City. The room is basic and would be suitable for a one or two night stay.

The room I booked, though expensive, has the value. The overall feeling of interior, river & city view are excellent. Hotel location is also good.
The machine that provides fresh orange juicy for breakfast is outstanding.
The adjustable bed is considerate.
