Kind, helpful staff. Rooms were clean, had a simple "old world" charm. Location was great. Price, as well. - The all young women staff who spoke English fluently and were very accommodating.

Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure your
needs are met and you are well looked after. From getting around the
city to preparing a very early breakfast before you leave for the
airport. This was my 3rd stay at the hotel and it is consistently
excellent. The Spa and rooftop pool overlooking the city - Spectacular!! -

... lo que la gente dice » f were outstanding. Friendly, helpful and efficient. On arrival late at night I asked them for a meeting room for the next morning and it was arranged within ten minutes. Room was spacious and well appointed. I didn't try the pool or spa but I will next time. This is an absolutely top class hotel.

Lovely hotel, perfect location but the staff was a standout. All of them were genuine and helpful. In particular the concierge, Ishaq Gardizy, was amazing. I found myself with the opportunity to travel to Geneva for CERN open days and was in an unplanned rush of sorts. He was excellent at helping me get where I needed to be when I needed to be. On

The room I booked, though expensive, has the value. The overall feeling of interior, river & city view are excellent. Hotel location is also good.
The machine that provides fresh orange juicy for breakfast is outstanding.
The adjustable bed is considerate.
In-room Wi-fi is now available & free ( it was not ).
