The hotel is located very close to the train station and it is possible to walk to the hotel, even with luggage. The rooms are spacious enough and nicely decorated with a huge balcony and flat screen tv. Coffee and tea making facilities are included. The private bathrooms have both bath and shower. Breakfast is standard and sufficient and the hotel staff is friendly and professional. The hotel deserves more that its three stars

It was in a perfect position, close to the centre of Town and the chairlifts. - While this place isn't modern, it had a certain charm. The location was perfect - one stop on the bus to either of the main ski areas. Also a minute or two walk to the main street. So location was perfect!!!

Very nice hotel at a distance of just 2 mins walk from the Zermatt station. A beautiful street leads one to the hotel. The rooms are quite spacious with all amenities.
