The staff in the Arcare building were very friendly and helpful. Room cleaning and maintenance were punctual and efficient.

1 min walking distance from train station. Spacious room with a couzy sofa and an armchair, huge balcony for a five o'clock tea; nicely designed bathroom with a window. Slippers/bath gown. Swmming pool, sauna, solarium - all very nice.

We were two families (4 adults, 3 young children) staying for 3 nights. Location is excellent, in a quiet area only 2 minutes walk from the center. Apartment is well appointed with luxury/design fittings especially in the kitchen and bathroom. Apart from a bottle of red wine and fresh roses, they also provided you with some coffee and tea capsules

A very nice and big apartment, perfect for families with small kids.
We got a very pleasant welcome with red wine and fresh roses at the beds. There were Two big bedrooms and two luxurious bathrooms. The apartment is located only few minutes walking to the town center.
There was a nice balcony with lovely view to the Matterhorn

Easy walk to downtown, we were prepared much worse since some of the reviews said 20 min walk. Also the hill back to the house was not bad if you are "in shape" High altitude though makes you huff and puff little more :) We hope to come back!! -
