We loved the hotel and the location. The staff was very friendly and unquestionably efficient. The spa was first rate with an amazing pool, Jacuzzi and a northern style sauna. We thoroughly enjoyed this aspect. We made full use of the kitchen facility since we were a couple with 6 (hungry!)college age kids. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen. 1 min walking distance from train station. Spacious room with a couzy sofa and an armchair, huge balcony for a five o'clock tea; nicely designed bathroom with a window. Slippers/bath gown. Swmming pool, sauna, solarium - all very nice.

As the first room we checked into did not have a view of the Matterhorn, with Raymond and Gerald's assistance, our room was changed for the second evening of our stay, which had an incredible view of the Matterhorn! The interior design done with great taste and creating very warm and cosy ambience.
The staff is very friendly, the rooms are kept clean. They accept dogs. The pool area and the spa is cosy and very comfortable. I am definetely returning back. -

The view at the terrace and bed of suit room is outstanding. We can see Matterhorn always during stay. Amazing Matterhorn view is worth to pay more. Nice small indoor pool & outdoor jacuzzi.
