  The service is no doubt "top notch". We were offered a ride to our restaurant nearby in their "in house" RR Phantom 6.. Now that's a treat.! I also liked that the mini bar is complimentary. Now that is really a good gesture as we are already paying top prix for the night. It was a lovely hotel with great views.. We needed a dentist while there and they arranged everything with the best dentist in town. We are planning our return trip for this winter.

The staff were so friendly and happy. The food was wonderful if a bit expensive but hey this is St Moritz!   We arrived on the Glacier Express from Zermatt and the hotel has a phone link at the station so we called for someone to collect us (6 people). A small bus came very quickly and took us to the hotel which is situated in the centre of town. The room was spacious and comfortable.

  Beautifully appointed spacious rooms. Super comfortable beds. Great location near tram so perfect for skiers. (Can ski in from lift). Lovely decorated hotel and exceptional customer service. Fast internet and extensive, delicious free breakfast. Also 4 course groumet dinner offered in dining room for very reasonable price. Bus station 2 min from hotel. Nice breakfast and excellent dinner. Discount for ski pass 50 Swiss francs per person per day if you buy in the hotel.
