  We only stayed over for a night during over travels and found the hotel quite comfortable. The room was small with a tiny bathroom, but efficient for one night. The restaurant is brilliant – their home-made pasta delicious! The hotel was conveniently situated next to the station.   Amazing view over the lake! best in the area! Great free facilities: swimming pool, sauna. Very clean and well equipped rooms. We stayed on the first floor (room 013), so we did not have a view to lake, but we enjoyed private entry to garden, and at night had a stunning moon shine over the valley. There is a post bus terminal at the entrance to the Hotel which ensures that those guests who travel without a car have either this option, or the cable car to Brusino-Arsizio which connects with the boat service on the lake Lugano.   Beautiful landscape....snowcapped mountain view right outside our window. Dog absolutely had a field day running all over the mountain fields...lol. - The food was excellent and the staff very friendly. Breakfast a bit poor.
