  We stayed in the duplex suite which is lovely. There's a lot of space and a terrace where you can sit and drink your coffee. We also got to spend some time in the Hammam - which is small but really private so you have it all to yourself. Breakfast was really good and the staff and owners are very accommodating.   We arrived at the IBIS font desk to be greeted by the best receptionist (could have been manager) we have had in all of Swizterland. Friendly professional and extremely courteous. If I owned a hotel I'd be head hunting that lady. The rest was very good too.
