  Having arabic staff - The atmosphere of the hotel is great, as all the other Hyatt hotels. Actually I chose Hyatt because I have never been disappointed by this chain.

  Excellent staff, restaurant, and architecture/design. My room was outstanding and competitively priced. The hotel location is convenient. You have a new regular client. - this hotel is pure class - yes it's expensive but you do get what you pay for at the Widder

  La ubicación - the Upgrade to a beautiful suite overlooking Zurich with a panoramic view. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. - Very co-operative and understandable counter staff (Beatriz). Extremely accomodative of our needs.
