its perfect location in the tourist place, short walking distance from Train/Ferry station. surrounded by all the shops, cafes and beautiful Lake Lucerne. We liked the fact that it is very central - staff polite and helpful and kitchen fully equipped. The lake. too noisy of the pub downstairs, others are OK and satisfied. Ground floor was being refurbished and despite being on the top floor the flat was dusty.
