Friendly helpful and efficient staff. Arrived early but they arranged early check in. It is an airport hotel but the staff all worked hard to make sure that the stay was made as pleasant as possible. I don't normally book Ibis Hotels as there rooms are ridiculously small, but this one was quite the opposite, enough room to have suitcases in without tripping over them, it was very clean, bed was very comfortable , staff very friendly, very convenient as it's close to airport and train station , food at restaurant was also quite nice

El servicio del personal que trabaja muy bueno. Cuando se buscó por información, nos atendieron muy bien. Bien ubicado, habitación con buen tamaño. - Está muy cerca del aeropuerto y tiene un servicio gratuito de transporte. En recepción dan una tarjeta que sirve para el transporte por la ciudad durante el tiempo que dure la estancia en Ginebra.

1.Proximity to Geneva Airport was excellent with a free shuttle bus service.

Overall great value for money especially for Geneva. -
The hotel was located only a couple of minutes from the Geneva Airport. The shuttle ran every 20 minutes to the airport. The front desk staff were very good about helping us on how to get around Geneva. They gave us information for the tram and buses to and from major attractions which was very helpful. Accommodations were clean.

Helpful staff, very good for airport location, Shopping mall in front, spacious garage parking (extra fee), free quality wifi (used facetime flawlessly), lots of TV channels, free public transport day pass. Bare in mind that decorations in the rooms are "Ibis basic" but for a short / 1 night stay fine.

It's an Ibis, so you can usually guarantee that you'll be reasonably comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient, the room was very clean and comfortable, and a good size. (Got a Smart Deal with letsbookhotel.com). Compared to the general cost of hotels in Geneva it was a fair price (but nothing's cheap in Switzerland). Continental break

All of the staff was helpful and welcoming. The beds were more comfortable than expected. Very clean rooms. Provided free public transportation passes for our entire stay. Free Wifi throughout the hotel.
