  They were very friendly and helpful. The owner was remodeling a number of rooms and they look great. The hotel was one short bus stop to the metro and 4 metro stops to the central station (and the bus and metro run constantly). The price is rather high - The hotel's location is perfect in the middle of everything with a fantastic view on the Royal Palace. The staff is very friendly - beyond even what one would expect in a hotel of that class. Tip: Instead of the buffet breakfast (and if you don't have the breakfast included in your package) eat a la carte in the bar with the view on the Palace - breath-taking!
