  I appreciated verything ! I didn't try the shared bathroom but only the toilets since I slept my two first nights (3 nights in total) in a double-bed room, but absolutely everything was wonderful : - comfortable quite big beds with strong woody frames (no noise) - easy key system with card or magnetic "plastic coin" - big case for valuable belongi... lo que la gente dice » ngs in the "multiple beds bedroom" - everything was modern : bathrooms, doors, furniture, kitchen, ... - big kitchen with lots of utensils for cookin - The kitchen is a very nice addition to the stay at Skanstulls. Since food is so expensive in Stockholm, the kitchen gives a nice break to buy food and cook it. There are 2 grocery stores across the street too, In the hostel is a lot of tourist info which was really nice. I had a late check in that I forgot to mention and I almost wasn't able to get into the hostel. I caught the staff member at the last minute as she was leaving and she was so kind about my mistake. She was a very helpful girl

  I enjoyed staing in this hotel. My room was nice, comfortable and clean. The hotel was full of people, but WC area was empty everytime I need it. Breakfast was also excelent, and it was possible to seat outside on fresh air in the small and nice patio - The breakfast was amazing and diverse. The history of the building is available to you and quite interesting.

Everything could be done on foot. The first metro stop was 3 mins walk if you want to see the outskirts of the city. The famous bars and shops are just a minute away. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous, especially because Stockholm is quite expensive to eat out all the time. We stayed in a private room, and it was really spacious.

  Friendly staff!! Good vallue for money, the kitchen is very usefull (can prepare your own meals, free coffee and tea) and its in the middle of stockholm centre (gamla stan) very quiet. I did not need to take any means of transport since many attractions(Royal Palace, Diugarden, Fotografiska museum) are in walking distance of maximum 30'. The room was quite comfortable and the lockers were quite secure. Very good, powerful showers and free Internet in the lobby and free wifi all over.Location is excellent, right in the heart of Gamla Stan area and next to a fantastic Irish pub called Wirstroms. Reasonably priced too so it was excellent overall.

  I liked the perfect location in the heart of Stockholm. Because some areas are shared a connection, even if brief happens easily, with other guests which is quite nice. Generosity: free coffee, tea and pasta (you cook it yourself). Computer for Internet and cityguidance. You have a fully equipped kitchen you can use. Nobel Museum and Storakyrkan are both across the street. I spent my first four nights in Stockholm in Sodermalm, paying more for a bed in a four-bed room than I did for a bed in a nine-bed room in Gamla Stan.
