This was the most perfect place to stay during my trip to Spain. It was close to the bus routes, not too far from the city center. Everything. This was a fantastic pension with lovely modern rooms. Bathroom was excellent. My room was great and comfortable. There was a TV living room and a small kitchenette and dining area. The breakfast was supurb with fresh squeezed orange juice, eggs, and many other choices to eat. Rosa and Carlo were wonderful hosts who sincerely cared for their guests. Should I return to Sevilla i will surely stay there again.

The apartment's location is excellent for enjoying Seville's old town. We visited during the week of the April Fair, very much enjoying the costumes and party atmosphere. clean, elegant and as described on the web site. We had a 2 bedrooms
apartment that with two small children was perfect for us and cheaper
than any other option. The staff at the reception was very friendly and
let us leave the apartment in the afternoon due to no other bookings,
that allows us to spend the last day in the city more relaxed. I
strongly recommend it!

Me ha gustado mucho la amplitud de la habitación y el baño. Para estar cuatro personas en una habitación está muy bien preparado. Pero lo que más nos ha encantado es la chica de recepción. The apt was spacious, modern reformed recently, very clean, comfortable , wifi, quiet, had most of equipment you would need for a short or long stay, except if it could have an electric kettle for a quick cup of tea as ceramic hob takes a while and boiling waler in pan could be dangerous when pouring into such small teacups. Otherwise very good.

Apartment Alameda 91 is located in a safe and quiet zone. Also the sightseeing tour bus stop nearby. The apartment is spaces and also equiped with a small kitchen for family tourists. Very clean and comfortable. The hoster is very nice to help us bring luggage and introduce room facilities and local sightseeing information for us.
