Staff were very accomodating. As it was near the end of the season our room was ready when we arrived at 10am and we were also allowed to remain until early evening on our departure. Right in the heart of the national park and next to the beach. Good value for money in the restaurant and bar. The pool setting was great. It was really clean and well looked after. Staff were all really friendly. -

Extremely good service from all of the staff. We arrived late in the evening, the restaurant was closed, but they had arranged for us to have a cold meal in the restaurant! We had half-board; the food was really good, fresh and with good variation.

This is a 3 star hotel with a 5 star setting. Yes the rooms are basic and in need of a refurb but that is reflected in the bargain price and with views like this you won't be spending much time in doors. If you like a hot drink in your room though you will need to bring your own kettle.

I was impressed by the organisation of the team of cleaners who were friendly & worked hard cleaning just about everything from sand on beach to showers & chairs & railings & fences as well as rooms & obvious areas.
The staff on the reception were always friendly & helpful.
But most of all the Team of young entertainers . Dave & his team were amazing - always friendly to parents but fantastic with the children . They were never too busy for anyone "kids or adults" .

Yo y mis amigas pasamos una semana en la finca, y fue una semana inolvidable. La casa está en pleno campo mallorquín y sientes una tranquilidad infinita. Preciosas vistas, estupenda ubicación, piscina muy tranquila y con hamacas libres en agosto a pesar de estar el hotel lleno (nunca había visto esto). Personal muy amable. Todo funcionaba muy bien. Ninguna queja en 3 semanas. Hicimos muchas excursiones, pero los días que nos quedamos en el hotel, todo muy bien. Incluso la última noche nos gustó la animación (sólo la vimos esa noche)
