  Stayed here twice..flying to Marrakech and on the return flight back to Madrid stayed overnight to fly out the next morning to the states. Very clean..had a problem with ac n after several complaints the manager moved us to a room where the ac was working. Decent food..but next door is a supermercado which is nice and we bought a bottle of Frangel... lo que la gente dice » ico for $12 which is much more in the states. Nice and convenient to airport and their shuttle picks you up and takes you back. Taxis have min$35 char - Breakfast was amazing starting from 4:00 am which is great for passengers taking early flights. I was given a room with poor internet connection which I really needed, when I requested another room for this reason I was given another one at once without any hassle and even the receptionist suggested if the problem persisted in the new room to tell him and he will connect me to the internet provider support directly. I was really impressed. The new room had very strong reception.

  Staff, location, taxi service. Rooms are nothing special, but I cannot note any grave shortcomings as well. The restaurant of the same name is a must-visit place. We have been to Alcala de Henares for three times, and it was our second stay in the Hostal Miguel De Cervantes.   Las habitaciones son muy acogedoras, silenciosas y muy limpias. Está localizado en una calle muy tranquila, y muy cerca de la gran vía, a la altura de la estación de metro callao. Alrededor puedes encontrar todo tipo de servicios, cine, teatro, restaurantes, comercios etc... - su situación es estupenda, las habitaciones amplias, bien equipadas, tod... lo que la gente dice » o nuevo y muy moderno. La atención del personal estupenda. Sin duda repetiré.

  I just stayed for one night. Has a very central location and the room is correct. We stayed in a family room whit four beds and a bathroom. Next time in Madrid, i will come back! - The views are amazing, The location!, Nice water pressure
