Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people.

This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week. I liked very much the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the male manager (can't remember his name) and Nicola who helped me when I need to find medical help at short notice.
The service and selection at breakfast was outstanding and again, the staff who served breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly. -

The hotel is beautiful with fantastic sea views, our suite was spacious and very comfortable, the pool area is lovely and quiet and the staff are all very friendly and helpful.
We really liked the adult only aspect of the hotel which made it very quiet and serene. We also used the spa which was excellent.
We stayed on a B&B basis and there are lots of reasonable restaurants within short walking distance along the beach. All in all a lovely holiday.

Después de una semana en este hotel sólo podemos decir cosas buenas. El
hotel esta cuidado y muy bien ubicado con salida directa a la playa. El
"todo incluido" está bastante bien, la comida es abundante y
buena, aunque deberían informar un poco mejor de lo que puedes comer
entre horas, ya que hay una carta de bebidas pero no de comidas.

Todo en general. Me ha parecido un hotel fantástico para relajarme y desconectar. Había personas de todas clases, y se notaba el silencio, o por lo menos, no se oían gritos. El Servicio nos pareció fantástico. Todo el personal muy educado, amable y sonriente. Todo muy bien organizado. La comida muy buena. Espacio suficiente para no tener que esperar para desayunar o cenar. En general muy bien.

La habitacion, la piscina y el buffete de desayuno - Everything, it's so unique, nothing like the numerous old fashioned 'block' hotels in the region. It's very colourful and imaginative, there's so much attention to detail. It's a proper 5 star. The staff are really friendly too and always have time for you. There were lots of rich looking people

From the champagne welcome on our arrival all the staff were smiling and friendly. The room was palatial with a large balcony views of the sea and the mountains.Cleaning was everyday and excellent standard. The restaurant was excellent,broad range of foods.Andres our waiter was wonderful a Five star treatment.

The hotel was wonderful. The h/b was buffet which put us off at
first but upon our first visit we found the selection was jaw dropping
and the quality was first class. The staff couldn't have been any
more helpful or friendly. We spend most of the time around the pool but
ventured for the short walk to playa del duque which is lined with
glorious restaurants for lunchtime snacks with views to die for. Woukd
thouroughly recommend.

The location is simply wonderful. Overlooking the mountains in one direction and the golf course and sea in the other. Sat by the pool is a bliss. Luxury in every department. -
