Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people.

This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week. Location, as we had a rented car and we could travel everywhere by car, but I saw a lot of restaurant nearby anyway.
The view is fantastic, the sound of the waves too, 10 out of 10 for the spectacular view.
The furniture is old but still fulfilling the requirements, everything worked.

Excellent value for your money. Apartments with basically but sufficiently equipped kitchen,everyday cleaning. The aparthotel has its own carpark (car is recommended as the hotel is not in the centre, approx. 15 min. walk but a few shops and a supermarket nearby). Good starting point for travelling all around the island.

Just about everything! Staff helpful effecient and friendly. Room comfortable and a good size. Breakfast has a superb selection tho could have done with the option of soya milk at breakfast but that's because I don't like milk! The hotel was very clean and staff were efficient, polite and attentive.
The location was convenient if you wanted to walk into town our walk the the next beach though you would need some time to do either and be quite fit.. Excellent value for money. We have recommended it to another couple who have booked a few days in the hotel and know it.

El personal muy atento y agradable, en especial la cajera del restaurante, toda una guia de la ciudad! El hotel es muy limpio y agradable, nos dieron una habitación enorme y muy comoda. En especial cabe destacar el jacuzzi de la piscina! El aparcamiento al menos en junio es sencillo y en nuestro caso siempre tuvimos sitio en el parking del hotel. Las vistas cuando el tiempo lo permitia son espectaculares ya que se veia todo el teide y el mar desde la habitacion, una pasada!

The location is great as its right in the centre of Peurto de la Cruz in a pedestrianlized area so no road traffic .All the staff are very friendly and although we only had bed and breakfast we found it good.The hotel put on traditional entertainment several nights a week.
