apartment to relax and enjoy the sun. We were there when the local
Festival was on and it was amazing to see locals dressed in

Apartments owned and run by lovely friendly family.Any request was no
trouble for them,even obliged with an early morning call, on day of
departure.Apartment was excellent, very clean and had everything you
might need.Location gives easy access to anywhere in Nerja. Stayed a
extra night, and would recommend Apartmentos El Barrio to anyone.....

The location is amazing. Looking out over the sea, and Burriana Beach, from all the pretty little terraces that descend from the breakfast patio is just gorgeous. All the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful and we got a generous welcome drink on the way in and a bottle of wine on the way out. Nerja itself is beautiful and unspoilt. And there

Penthouse views fantastic, although balustrade netting could be neater.
A great accommodation for our party of 3 couples.
Two comfortable lounges.
Garden terraces with loungers on the way to the beach.
Lovely environment for terrace breakfast.
Good selection of meats and breads at breakfast plus smoked salmon.
Location near main beach.
Helpful staff and we enjoyed a viewing of other suites in the hotel.

The apartment was clean and had a good amount of space for a couple,
with a seperate bedroom. There was a fold down bed in the livingroom
(though it would be very cosy for 4 people to stay there) and a flat
screen tv with bbc and itv channels. The kitchen was pretty tiny but
fine for what we needed and had all the basic pots and pans, cutlery and

Excellent value. Spacious for two people. Received a very useful e-mail
directly from the apartments immediately after booking.Pleasant pool
area and bedroom and terrace quiet despite being on main road.
Convenient for beach , supermarkets and bus station. Useful info and map
provided on arrival.

La ubicación de los apartamentos es perfecta, con la playa a pocos
metros, No es una playa principal y está algo retirado del centro
urbano, pero está en un lugar tranquilo y de fácil acceso. Los

Se trata de un hotel simple, limpio y sin excesivos lujos, pero con
todas las facilidades necesarias para disfrutar de Nerja y sus playas.
Se encuentra bastante cerca tanto del centro como de la playa de
Burriana (10 mins. Aprox andando).
El dueño del hotel es muy amable y desde el prmer moemnto te facilita todos los datos necesarios para disfruta

The owner is really friendly, he gave us awesome tips at our arrival of where to go to the beach, to eat, to drink, etc. Every single one of his recommendations proved excellent!
The room and bathroom was very comfortable and clean, also the swimming pool was very nicely kept clean at all time.
There is also a refrigerator for the clients' use where you can cool down drinks. -
Friendly, helpful and funny owner. Gave us great advice on where to eat in Nerja, where to go and very useful general information. Simple but delicious breakfast outside was a real treat.

The location of the hotel was great - in the outskirts of Nerja, thus no typical noise and crowds of a resort town. Nice sea view from the rooms, which are decorated simply but in a stylish and cosy way. The hotel has its charm and atmosphere. The family who runs the hotel is very friendly. The hotel has also its own restaurant where the owner is a chef - food there is delicious, a real gourmet experience

Myself and my partner stayed in Nerja at Apartmentos Latin recently and I can highly recommend both! Our apartment was spotlessly clean, modern and decorated tastefully, respecting local design. Facilities within the apartment were good, allowing dining on the 'sea view' terrace to be happily experienced. The pool and Roof Terrace (amazing views)

Staff extremely friendly and helpful; they definitely went the extra mile both before and during the stay. The apartment was very clean indeed and location worked well for us, as we wanted to be 'in town' near both the beach and the restaurants. Highly recommend Apartamentos Latin.
