Son habitaciones espaciosas, la cama supletoria no es incómoda, y no se olle ningún ruido para dormir. Todo muy limpio y muy acogedor. Lo recomiendo con niños incluso, aunque en este caso fuera con amigas, es ideal para ir con niños, tiene microondas y otros servcios en la habitación. From the moment you approach this hotel you feel welcome. The staff are true professionals who are happy to go the extra mile. It's a perfect place to stay in Madrid. it was the best hostel i've ever stayed. Why?
1. Clean and beautiful. For me its the most important criteria - to have a clean bath and bed. Here everything looked new and smart. Cool design in corridors and inside the rooms.

Hostel is at a perfect location, close to Plaza del Sol, tons of bars and clubs and Prado museum. Athough it is in a loud area, the hostel itself is pretty peaceful and sleeping problems caused by outside noise are non-existent.
Hostel staff is probably the friendliest and more helpful than I've ever seen. They are always ready to answer any questions and request within their power.
The design is simply wonderful and refreshing. The rooms are so clean that you could probably eat off the floor

Very central, little hard to find but right off Plaza Mayor. Small room but everything I needed. Gentleman at the front desk very obliging. Very close to hop on hop off, supermercado, correos. Stop over on my way to Leon to start the camino. Unfortunately breakfast is not served until 0800 hrs but i had to leave earlier. Would stay again.

Room had tv (with English channels), quality wifi, hotel interior and exterior so nice. After checking in we thought about staying in our room rather than going outside. It was that good. Shuttle service to and from Airport was very welcome. Shuttle came within minutes of calling. Dropped us at the airport for our early morning flight as well. Breakfast was amazing starting from 4:00 am which is great for
passengers taking early flights.
I was given a room with poor internet connection which I really needed, when I requested another room for this reason I was given another one at once without any hassle and even the receptionist suggested if the problem persisted in the new room to tell him and he will connect me to the internet provider support directly. I was really impressed. The new room had very strong reception.
