Nos ha dejado asombrados, el trato familiar del personal, hemos quedado encantados con la comodidad de la cama, el poco tiempo que hemos disfrutado de la estancia en el hotel tuvimos la sensación de estar en casa, en el salón común descansando después de una mañana de visita por los museos.

No puedo estar mas contenta con mi elección! En general todo ha sido perfecto! Empezando por el recibimiento y el trato tan acogedor, las instalaciones, a la habitación no le faltó un detalle y las zonas comunes están genial, todo muy cómodo y limpio, las vistas espectaculares. Pensamos volver pronto. Totalmente recomendable! Es uno de los pocos sitios que el cliente que se marcha debe dar las gracias!

The host was really nice. Even though he can't speak English, he tried to explain everything and helped us to find some good place near by. The room was also quite large and comfortable for two people to stay. I would love to recommend this place to those who want to stay in Madrid!

located in front of Spanish Ministry of Internal Affairs. Good location, 10min walking distance to the first historical square where you normally start a walking tour of Madrid. Was very quiet, no people, very good breakfast 12E a person which is super good for the center. If you go out you spend twice as much for breakfast. Room is small and cosy and they don't charge for children if they stay with you on the bed. Has little kitchen, can cook a bit. Overall good impression, hotel is either new

I liked everything about this hostel. It is on the 5th floor but
don't worry because they do have an elevator. The place was recently
renovated so everything is new, modern, and beautifully decorated
w/TV and nice quiet a/C. Even though it is on a very busy main
street, my room #12 was quiet because it faced into a courtyard. Wi-Fi
was free and worked great. The location could not be better. I could
walk to Sol, Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace and gardens, Plaza Espagna,
and the Opera house. The

Location was just the best in Madrid I believe. It is not in the midle of the touristic spot so you dont see 40+ years old tourists waddling around in their "comfortable" attire when you go outside of you hotel, instead, you are in the middle of the trendiest area. We had a wonderful time in this beautifully designed and extremely well located hotel. Staff were very friendly, elegant and welcoming. Attention to detail is for sure one of the key principles of this hotel, starting with the welcome (someone opening the door for you, we got offered as well a glass of Champagne to welcome us, water was provided for free in the room, ...).
