Helena, receptionist, always cheerful, professional and helpful. Stayed on well after her leaving time to settle us in after our late arrival due to problems with our pre-booked airport pickup. We were 6 girls. We had stayed at Eric Vokel for 1 week. Everything was great and we were really comportable and feel like a home. This apartments are really clean and have all equipment what we need. And there are two bathroom that's really good ıf you stay more than 3 people.
Well located, Hotel is really near Sagrada familia and just 10-15 mins to La rambla by walks.
The Kitchen is really nice, we had our breakfast at our apartment. It was really good ıf you dont wanna spent much money.

Apartment located in a very quiet residential area. Floor windows are beautiful. The location and modernity of the apartment is the best. The staff who took the management of the reserve was very welcoming and friendly. We prefer to take the subway to save time, although occasionally prefer to walk to know the area in which we were staying.

Toda la estancia es muy luminosa y soleada. Tener conexión wifi gratuita es un punto muy favorable. El colchón y almohadas son estupendos y se les nota nuevos, por lo que descansas más. Hemos ido a pasar un fin de semana ahi y la verdad que nos sorprendio bastante! Muy buenas instalaciones, todo muy limpio, un trato excelente por la parte del personal. Tambien nos ha gustado el detalle de tener una terraza muy bonita. Esta ubicado cerca de la estacion y tiene varios supermercados y restaurantes al lado.
