  Upon arriving at the apartment we had a very warm welcome from Marisa. She spent time explaining the different areas of Seville to us, and letting us now where was good to visit/eat/drink and on which days. This was really helpful. The apartment itself was fantastic. It overlooks a lovely little street that leads upto the cathedral and it has the sun on it all da - I liked the location in between the airport and the Cathedral. Possible to walk from and to the airport. No taxis or buses are needed to the main attractions. I liked the spacious apartment. I also liked the young lady, Marisa, at the reception, who welcomed us, showed us round the apartment and gave us tips for our holiday. She is a warm welcoming person who helped out when needed and is an asset to SleepinSevilla.

  The apartments are great – clean, quiet and cosy with a fridge, a cook and utensils (no washing machine though). The staff at the reception (which is not 24 hours) spoke excellent English and communication was easy. The man at the reception who registered us was really helpful and kind. There was no problem to keep the bicycles in the ap - The apartment was absolutely great! It was spotless! The room is comfortable with fully fitted kitchen and utensils. It is so close to the central bus station and hence so convenient to travel to and from the airport or another city. It is close to the center and shops nearby. The guy at the reception spoke English and was very helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

The man in reception took out maps, bus timetables etc. and worked out how to get there for us and which bus to take. The woman in the morning was equally as helpful in recommending a good place for breakfast.   Very friendly greeter, Marta, met us at apartment and got us set up. Hard to find, as others noted, but once we found it, it is so easy to get around the city from this location. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, very modern, updated. It's within walking distance to shopping, Cathedral, and tapas restaurants. If you're driving there, please note our suggestion on parking. 1) You need to call reception 30 minutes prior to arrival for them to help you with parking availability nearby. There is no parking on site. 2) And you'll need to pack light since you'll be carrying your luggage across cobbled streets to apartment for about 5-10 minutes from parking garage.
