A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Superb level of service from all staff. One member of staff in particular (Yolanda) stood out as being exceptionally friendly and went out of her way to help. -

Great apartment with plenty of room for our kids. We have a 5 year old and twin 3 year olds. The free wifi in the apartment was very fast and our children were able to watch their cartoons on the tv in English since we were shown how to change the language on the tv. It was only a 15 minute walk to the Mar Bella beach and to the Rambla del Poblenou street that had many restaurants. The Poblenou metro station was 10 minutes walk away that we could take to all of the sites in the heart of Barcelo

The staffs were very helpful, Xavier was very very very helpful. I will definitely be returning here with friends. The beach is just next to the hotel, like literally 5mins walk. The metro is also around the corner, about 5-8mins walk depending on how fast you walk, you will also make new friends and you all will have the time of your lives. Didn't get the chance to do all I came here for, cause of the beach. Got really distracted. But then again, who goes on holiday and gets to do all they cam

Staff were lovely always very helpful. Hotel is a in walk from the llacuna metro stop and it's about 10mins into las ramblas! The area itself is lovely right on la rambla poblenou which is full of bars and restaurants and leads down to the sea front from there it's a stroll to the Olympic port which has more bar clubs and restaurants we loved our stay and the location. La amabilidad del personal que trabaja en el hotel, las habitaciones son amplias y con buenas vistas. En general el hotel es confortable y muy tranquilo para descansar. - La limpieza, tranquilidad de la zona, facilidad para aparcar (algo dificil en Barcelona) y cercanía de una boca de metro a unos 7 minutos del hotel.

Muy confoatble, muy bien equipado, lo que hizo muy agradable nuestra estancia. Realmente recomendable. Accesible con transporte urbano.
