El trato personal fue excelente (sobre todo un recepcionista de Perú de cuyo nombre no me acuerdo), así como la limpieza en la habitación. Está todo nuevo y la cama era amplia y cómoda. El servicio de desayuno a la cama es todo un lujo. El A/C tiene un costo diario de 5€ pero merece la pena. Fue todo perfecto. La relación calidad/precio fue excelen
... lo que la gente dice » te. - lo que me ha gustado mas era la ubicación.. a dos pasos de la Plaza Mayor, muy centrico y cerca de todos los sitios de interes.. muy tranquilo.. las habitaciones muy limpias y el personal muy amable (especialmente el recepcionista peruano Guarren.. un tío que sabe aconsejar..) seguro que si vuelvo me alojaré en ese hostal!!

The staff was very kind and helpful, and the hostel has an excellent location in the center, just next to Plaza Mayor, 5 minutes from Palacio Real and in front of the hostel there is the market San Miguel which has one of the best offer of foods. -

Location was excellent, a very very short walk from the Puerta del Sol. Very very very good value for the price.
Place was clean, and everything worked fine. Staff was very hospitable.

The location is fantastic, you can walk outside, cross a small road and walk into a market! The metro is 5/10 minutes walk away and there is loads of places to eat. The staff are lovely, carried my bags for me and couldnt help you enough. The price is great for what you get! this was my 3rd stay in this hostel and I spoke to others staying in other hostels paying more and they wernt anywhere near as good!

The best possible location at a great price. 2 short blocks away from Plaza del Sol square and metro station. The street is very busy day and night and, although the room had two double-glazed windows, some noise could still be heard. Very clean, small bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, 24h reception. Rooms were small but cosy, and with plenty of space to put your luggage/stuff, big tables (if you want to use your laptop etc), minifridge. With the windows closed there is no problem with the noise from the busy street on which it is located.

Very nice situated in the centre of Madrid, close to the metro "opera". Shops and diner places nearby.
It's a small room (not to small) but if your main goal is to discover the city, who needs a bigger one? The shower was great.
The personnel is realy friendly and speaks sufficient english.
