It was a pleasant place for the budget and it is located in place where it is easier to access all forms of public transport. Very impressed with cleaning and making of beds everyday. -

Location superb - pedestrianised shopping strip right outside your door. Very safe area. Extremely helpful staff-thanks Mary and George for a great and comfortable stay. Rooms are bright, decently sized and everything works unlike some 4 star hotels I've stayed at. Fast Wi fi connection. Would definitely stay here again. -

This is rather a 3 star hotel not just a hostel - the rooms are small but are really cosy and comfortable; the furniture is new and there is enough place to put all your the baggage; it was extremely clean (we had our room cleaned every day); there`s free wi-fi which is fast; the personal speaks English which is quite an advantage in Spain; location - perfect - 2 mins to Gran Via and not more than 20 mins to Puerta del Sol and at the same time it was not noisy at all.

... lo que la gente dice » an nada más llegar que es buenisimo y familiar. Pero lo mejor es cuando abres la puerta de la habitación y dices ¿que lujo esto es lo que buscaba para pasar una noche con mi niña! La verdad que esta muy bien aunque para mi fui un poco caro pero mereció mucho la pena!
