Immaculately clean, very friendly, convenient for Santa Cruz city centre and a beautiful example of local architecture. I also love the fact that the internal courtyard is planted with palms, which gives the most lovely view from the rooms which look over it. I'll definitely be returning! -

We stayed for only one night, wanted to experience an authentic place instead of the english minded south of Tenerife. Indeed nothing to complain about. Simple but what do you expect for this money? The bed and shower were better than a lot of accomodations we've stayed in. Friendly staff, great location in a nice city. Everybody in Santa Cruz see

The staff was great, quite helpfull and the reception was open 24/7.
The room (twin bed) didn't have a TV nor air conditioning, but it was really clean and in good condition.
So clean! In fact beds were made and bathroom was cleaned every day.
Wifi worked really fine.

very nice staff ( my guess it was the owner) ! close to tram and bus stop, and only 10 min from the city center/ bus station, good value for money; especially if you're on budget....I was afraid that it's not in the city center but public transport is very frequent and there is an excellent connection. perfect if you're looking for cheap accommoda

the stuff is very very very kind and helpful!!! I love Roman!!! It's a good place to feel the life of local people, and the price is good!!! But it takes some time to go to the south of the island, maybe you need to get up early:)!
