It's cheap! We really liked the interior of this old building. Nice ceiling, nice tiling. Almost antique ;) And a clean (shared) bathroom! The staff is friendly. Location is excellent. -

From the moment we walked in, the stay was perfect. Mirly and his team made us feel really welcome in this beautiful small Hotel, decorated with great taste and in a perfect location. We stayed in room 2 which was large and comfortable, (nice balcony) and prepared with a wonderful attention to detail. The bathroom was spacious, with two sinks, impeccably clean and decorated. This is such a fabulous place, edgy, in the city and close to everything. Jessica is an amazing hostess and her staff are wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. We loved it and Barcelona so much we cut our trip in Nice short so as to spend another 4 nights there.

I can strongly recommend this place to people who look for something cozy, stylish, not typical. You feel more like at home, not like in a hotel. There is a common space for the guests where you can sit around big table, drink high quality coffee (free of charge) and relax.

Great value for these money. Location was good close to Placa Espanya. The flat is been cleaned everyday. Bread and butter are available all day long. Plus you have a cooking place so people can save some money by cooking themselves. Good, cozy place.
