It was very big with a sitting area and a small kitchen. It was also very clean. The picture of the room on the web site did not do it any justice because I think that it is much nicer.   Back from a 3 night stay. Lovely Hoel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Our room was on 2nd floor but were told on checking in that they would move us to a higher floor the next day if we found the room noisy. We were overlooking the Gran Via but we didn't need to move. Room was large and cleaned with fresh towels daily. Also a fully stocked fridge with very reasonable prices. - The staff where very helpful and pleasant and the room was very quiet. We loved the kitchenette which was ideal if we chose to cook & eat in. The location on Gran Via was excellent i.e. close to shops, tourist attractions and Metro which was easy to & from airport. I enjoyed every day in this hotel & would use this hotel on another visit to Madrid. Highly recommended.

To our surprises, when we ask Juan (our representative), he said that the cleaning lady found our items and he will send them back to us. I - The Apartments were really nice. And the staff were quick when we needed them. We were a group of 25 and had some some difficulties with the keys - but the staff sorted everything out. A very nice place to stay in Madrid - close to everything - within walking distance. Thorkild Panduro Thrane P.S. I've already recommended the place to friends on Facabook.

  Es muy céntrico - Friendly, helpful staff. Well-appointed apartment. We were upgraded to a flat in a different, quiter location after our original choice of apartment had to be closed for repairs. - big not expansive but too noisy.

  Sobre todo la amabilidad del personal y la excelente ubicación. - La ubicación. Estaba cerca de todo.Casi todo se puede hacer a pie. Nos dejaron quedar hasta la tarde, sin problemas de maletas,facilidades.
